This service professional will be primarily responsible for supplying customer support for service-related field issues, distributor/dealer training, and in-house service and parts support.This position will regularly require overnight travel to field locations which will often require multiple day’s stay, to troubleshoot and repair system issues, and fulfill warranty work.When not traveling, the Service Technician will work from the office assisting with service and parts-related distributor and customer requests. This position requires technical and mechanical aptitude for understanding the basic workings of truck mounted compressor and generator products. Offers are contingent until a motor vehicle report is run and an insurable driving record is confirmed, and the candidate successfully passed a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations, installs components on vehicle chassis, or assembles kits.  Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications, bills of material, mechanical and electrical diagrams.  Identifies units that fail test or tolerance levels and repairs, as necessary.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.  Works under immediate supervision.  May require exercising independent judgment. Self-Motivated, trainable, and eager to learn. Applicant must be able to analyze and evaluate current processes and look for areas of improvement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the above. 



  • No prior experience necessary. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Must have basic mechanic’s hand tools. 
  • Able to lift to 50lbs.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.  Prepare bills of lading.  Shipments are domestic and international.  Contact shipping and freight companies to schedule pick-ups.  Records shipment data, including weight and freight charges in computer.  Receives and unpacks inventory and places stock in correct location that same day.  Maintain cleanliness and order of warehouse.  Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record keeping purposes.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision for the Shipping and Receiving manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the above.



  • No prior experience necessary in the field or related area. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Must become proficient in the use of specific shipping and receiving related functions of the SAGE100 accounting system 
  • Familiarity with online shipping programs a plus. 
  • Must be trained in fork-lift operation 
  • Able to lift to 50lbs.
